We learn every day. The human brain stores so many things, simply and by itself.

But why doesn't it always do that? Why do we save the chorus from Summer hit without effort, but to learn German vocabulary needs big effort and are immediately forgotten again?

The reasons for this lie in unconscious processes.

The brain is networked and therefore sometimes connects things that do not belong together.

Feelings and learning content are mixed and added together and this sometimes makes learning more difficult than necessary.

We humans look for pleasant things and we try to avoid unpleasant things.
This is the same when learning. That is why we store pleasant things without much effort, and we cannot squeeze the unpleasant things into the head even with much effort.

For example, negative feelings towards classmates, aversion towards the teacher or fear of failure can make learning almost impossible. Our unconscious would rather run away than concentrate on learning.

The feelings towards the learning material are therefore essential.
If we do not have positive feelings about learning, we are more prone to distractions and it takes more effort to retain the knowledge.

To create the right learning atmosphere there is nothing better than hypnosis.

Why hypnosis for learning

Most people think of the conscious mind when thinking about learning. Many think that learning is a way of putting certain information into our conscious mind. This with the aim that we have the information consciously available.

However, it is important to know that a great deal happens unconsciously when learning.
Besides, the capacity of the conscious mind is quite
limited. But the unconscious can easily keep a lot of information at the same time.

It is therefore sensible to include the unconscious resources for the learning success and not only to focus on stubborn stuffing of the brain. Especially if the cramming does not bring much success, it makes sense to include other resources as well.

In order to make full use of the unconscious possibilities, we need the right inner learning state. If we are in this state, we can optimally absorb what we need and then access it directly.

With hypnosis we can create and strengthen these beneficial states.

Reduce learning blocks with hypnosis

As we have already noticed, the ability to learn is very much linked to feelings and inner mood. Good feelings are important in many things in life, including learning. If we do not learn with fun, it becomes tough.

So the first step in working with hypnosis for learning is to decouple negative feelings and learning. These negative feelings mostly come from bad school experiences or negative convictions.

Hypnotically we can dissolve old learning blockades and clear the way for something new. With hypnosis we can bring in a new suitable learning state. This brings along openness and confidence. The motivation also increases.

When we have got rid of the old burdens, we can have a new positive basic feeling even when we learn by heart. This makes learning easier, even on complicated topics.

Creating the learning atmosphere

In order to learn better, it is also important that we shape our basic feeling while learning.
This can of course be influenced by the learning environment. Unfortunately, this is not always optimal. But with hypnosis we can learn to not let our inner being be influenced by our surroundings.
When we design our learning state, we are less distracted.

With a hypnotic training we can learn to reach our optimal learning state directly.

This gives us better access to our knowledge and our memory.

Learn Hypnotic Learning

In order for us to communicate directly with the unconscious, we must first understand what language it speaks.

Afterwards we can pass on the learning material to our unconscious in this way.
This "translation" for the unconscious is known to most people as "learning techniques".

You can make them incredibly complicated. But actually it is nothing else but to bring the knowledge into the form in which our unconscious can keep it better.

The best known example of this is the mnemonic. By remembering an information as a picture or slogan, it is easier to save it.

In doing so, we make full use of the workings of the unconscious.
These learning techniques or mnemonics can almost be called memory hacks, because they use evolutionary processing paths of our brain.

Evolutionary understanding

From an evolutionary point of view, our memory has certainly made an important contribution to human survival. But evolution has also shaped our memory.

What was important for survival was rather stored. A good memory was apparently essential for survival.

In evolutionary terms, anyone who has forgotten the way back to the cave has gone extinct.

So it is only logical that we, like our ancestors, can remember images and places rather than sentences and words. Our current learning material is usually far from this. Therefore it makes sense to bring it into this form.

If we also include this knowledge, we can learn in a suitable way. This promotes both the speed of learning and the memory.

All hypnotic learning strategies that I teach my clients are based in some way on such a biological foundation.

Playful learning

The vast majority of people have learned their first language very easily.

Children absorb information quickly and effortlessly. This gives us ideas about how the unconscious works.

The unconscious likes it playful and fascinating. So-called "useless knowledge" can be remembered by many because it covers exactly this part of learning. Most people would actually know that learning is best done with fun.

We often become more serious with age and forget what made it so easy to learn as a child. If adults want to learn like a child again, they usually have to find their inner child again.

So with hypnosis we should resurrect the playful way of learning. Then learning will not only be better but also easier. And that even more so with adult knowledge.

Conclusion: better learning with hypnosis

To learn the way we could by nature is best possible with hypnosis.

Although most people will not suddenly develop a photographic memory.
But it makes learning much more efficient and easier. Mithypnotic reinforcement also makes it easier for us to remember and recall what we have learned.

There is no good or bad memory, there is only optimized and unoptimized.

By hypnotically implementing the appropriate learning state, inner resources and the right learning strategies, we can set up the brain for learning success.

Learning is actually the most natural thing in the world.
