How many sessions do I need to solve my problem?
The answer to this question depends very much on the individual circumstances and is difficult to say in advance. Generally, most of my clients have between 2-5 sessions on average.
Does hypnosis work just as well online as in person?
Hypnosis works just as well online as in person, sometimes even better, as you are in a familiar environment.
Most of hypnosis works through sight and sound. I don't touch my clients and they don't have to smell me for hypnosis to be successful.
