I don't offer past-life regressions. That's a deliberate choice: my hypnotherapy works with what's actually weighing on you in this life — fears, blocks, habits — not with a suspected previous existence.
Why I deliberately don't offer this
There's no scientific basis for the existence of past lives. What comes up as a "memory" in such sessions is usually explained far more simply in hypnosis research: as cryptomnesia — forgotten knowledge from books, films, or conversations that lives on in the unconscious and resurfaces in trance as an apparent memory of your own — or simply as fantasy, actively shaped by the therapist's leading questions ("Where are you? What century?"). The experience can feel completely real without any actual past existence behind it.
That doesn't mean I think the experience is worthless if someone has had it with another provider — only that I won't sell it as something it probably isn't.
What I offer instead
The important distinction is to a real, well-established technique in hypnotherapy: age regression within your own life. In trance, we go back deliberately to an earlier situation from your own biography — say, the moment a fear first took hold — to work on it therapeutically from there. That's well documented, has a clear therapeutic purpose, and stays within your actual life.
So if you're specifically looking for a past-life regression, I'm not the right fit. If you have a concrete concern in the here and now — even if its roots go deep into your childhood — hypnosis can usually help.
