Hypnosis Process: How a Full Course of Therapy Works
A fixed therapy plan is never prescribed beforehand. We decide session by session—you retain complete freedom. Most common issues require between 2 and 5 sessions. Each session lasts about 60 minutes, with 20 to 30 minutes dedicated to a pre-talk that activates your personal resources for trance.

2. Trance Work & Emergence
In a comfortable state between awake and asleep, we offer suggestions to your subconscious. Afterward, you are brought back gently and feeling refreshed.

3. Self-Hypnosis DIY Homework
After the session, you receive simple self-hypnosis exercises for home. The more you practice them, the stronger the effect—integrating hypnosis into daily life as a natural tool.

4. Peak Efficacy Window (10–14 Days)
The effect of a session reaches its maximum peak after about 10 to 14 days. That is why this interval is recommended for follow-up appointments (up to 6 weeks is also completely fine).

5. Deciding on the Next Step
Most issues are resolved within 2 to 5 sessions. After each session, you decide in peace whether you wish to take another step.
Why Homework and Intervals Matter
A hypnosis session sets a powerful impulse in your subconscious. Over the following 10 to 14 days, your mind actively processes this shift—this is the window of peak development.
Through individual self-hypnosis exercises, you anchor these new patterns directly into your daily routine. Hypnosis stops being something unusual and becomes your own reliable resource.

Frequently Asked Questions About the Process
How many sessions will I need in total?
For most concerns, 2 to 5 sessions are sufficient. We never fix a number in advance; we evaluate progress after every session.
Why does the pre-talk take 20 to 30 minutes?
Because that is where we uncover the tools for trance: we explore your personal resources and strengths to utilize them directly in the subconscious.
Why is an interval of 10 to 14 days recommended?
Because the effect of a hypnosis session reaches its peak after about two weeks, giving you ample time to notice changes in daily life.
Do I have to do the self-hypnosis homework?
It is voluntary but highly recommended: the more regularly you practice, the faster the new behavior takes root.
What if I wait longer than 14 days between sessions?
That is completely fine. An interval of up to 6 weeks works smoothly as well.
