Contact form
If you contact me through the form or by email, your data is processed solely to answer your request, arrange appointments, and continue communication related to your issue.
Anything you type into the contact form is technically excluded from Microsoft Clarity recording (see below).
This website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data such as your IP address, the date and time of the request, and details about your browser and operating system. This processing is required to operate and secure the site and happens regardless of your consent choice.
On your first visit you are asked whether you consent to analytics. Until you explicitly accept, no analytics service is loaded and no data whatsoever is sent to Google or Microsoft — not even cookieless signals.
Regardless of your choice, one technically necessary cookie is set so that your decision is respected on your next visit:
jm_tracking_consent — stores only your decision ("analytics" or "essential"), 180-day lifetime, first-party, never transmitted to third parties. The legal basis for the analytics services described below is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR and the corresponding provisions of the revised Swiss FADP). You may withdraw that consent at any time with effect for the future.
The "Preferences" button at the bottom right of every page lets you change your decision at any time. Choosing "Essential only" will:
Withdrawing is exactly as easy as consenting, and does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out beforehand.
With your consent I use Google Analytics 4, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Its purpose is the statistical evaluation of site usage so I can improve the content and structure of the site.
Google Analytics runs in Consent Mode v2. The advertising signals (ad_storage, ad_user_data, ad_personalization) are permanently set to "denied": there is no processing for advertising, no remarketing, and no sharing with Google advertising services. Only analytics_storage is granted. Your IP address is processed in truncated form.
Cookies set:
_ga — distinguishes returning visitors._ga_<ID> — maintains session state.Transfer to Google LLC in the USA cannot be excluded; Google relies on the Standard Contractual Clauses and the EU-US Data Privacy Framework for this. For details on the processing and retention periods, see Google's privacy policy.
With your consent I use Microsoft Clarity, a service of Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Clarity builds anonymised session recordings and heatmaps from mouse movement, scrolling, clicks and the pages you visit, so I can see where visitors get stuck on the site.
Form input is not recorded. Clarity masks input fields and dropdowns by default, and the contact form on this site is additionally excluded from recording in full. The content of your message, your name, your email address and your phone number are therefore never transmitted to Microsoft.
Clarity is controlled through the Consent API v2. ad_Storage is set to "denied", which suppresses the Microsoft advertising identifier sync; only analytics_Storage is granted.
Cookies set:
_clck — links multiple sessions to the same identifier._clsk — groups the page views of a single session.Processing also takes place in the USA. For details, see Microsoft's privacy statement.
