General terms and conditions

1. a booking of an appointment is mandatory and cancellation is free only up to 24 hours in advance. 2. in case of a no show at a booked appointment, the full amount is due. 3. a booked hour starts from the booked time and ends one hour later. There is no postponement in case of late arrival.
